Excellent Experience with Attentive Staff

The staff was friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I especially appreciated the pool bar staff, they were all great (I enjoyed my conversations with them). The ultra all-inclusive upgrade was worth it, providing access to additional restaurants and a fully stocked minibar. I also enjoyed access to the beach.

Some areas of the site need some care and attention.
